Matt Meyer, Esq.

Matt Meyer, Esq.

mmeyer@mkplawgroup.com

Matt Meyer is a founding partner of MKP Law Group, LLP and has worked on both sides of personal injury cases. He began his career defending Fortune 500 and insurance companies in high-stakes litigation. Unfortunately, he discovered that years of representing corporations--instead of people--was not good for the soul. Now, working exclusively as a trial attorney on behalf of injured plaintiffs, Matt has gotten back in touch with his passion and his purpose. He is again advocating for real people, and as your lawyer, he will fight to get you the compensation you deserve.

Prior to working as a lawyer, Matt was a journalist, telling stories of real people. His reporting days reinforced his natural drive to be the voice for those who need to be heard.

Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In his spare time, Matt enjoys checking out new restaurants, hiking and hanging with his rescue dogs, Hank and Linus.

He has enjoyed success as a staunch advocate on behalf of his clients, and takes great pride in the quality of service he provides and is impassioned with protecting their rights.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University in Chicago and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law. While a student at DePaul, Adam participated in the DePaul University College of Law Legal Clinic, which litigated on behalf of physically disabled clients under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, and dealt with issues such as landlord/tenant disputes and specialized in lawsuits to ensure that buildings and businesses were providing proper access and accommodations to the disabled.

Adam is a member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Los Angeles County. In his free time, he is an avid guitar player and music lover in addition to being a Chicago sports fan (with exception to the Chicago White Sox).
